One of the most appealing things of Bonaire is that it’s located just outside the hurricane belt. You see this by the number of sailing vessels that shelter here during the hurricane season which runs from June through November.
That doesn’t mean the activity in the area has zero effect. You may see a slight wind reversal, choppy waters in the otherwise calm West Coast of Bonaire.
It can get hotter, more muggy than other months, too.
It won’t stop you from doing the things you like on a vacation however!
Dive, snorkel, swim, sail, windsurf, SUP…. or just chilling.
It’s all here.
Curious? Shoot me an email and I’ll share some of my 20 something years of island experience with you.
